Information the Company Collects

Prospective Student Enquiries and Initial Guidance

When receiving enquiries from prospective interational student applicants, BENTLEY GSC, may request Contact details email and/or phone/whatsapp number in order to keep in touch. In normal circumstances this information is not retained for longer than one year.

In order to give basic information, initial advice and to determine whether a prospective student is one that we can assist we may request information such as:

  • Nationality or visa status.

  • Academic background - qualifications and grades as well as insitutions attended.

  • Work/Career status or history.

This information would not be shared with any other party without personal from the individual it relates to.

Receiving Assistance

For individuals who agree to receive assistance from BENTLEY GSC, this would usually be specified to the individual as making agreed university/pathway/English Language Study applications and/or admission enquiries on their behalf and helping to liaise with the insitutions regarding applications. In these circumstances BENTLEY GSC often requests relevant information and documentation such as:

  • Nationality or visa status information and documentation - e.g. passport.

  • Academic inforation and documentation- e.g. copies of school or university certificates or transcripts.

  • Reference letttersqualifications and grades as well as insitutions attended.

  • Work/Career history details, e.g. a CV.

This information is kept securely online and will usually be deleted within one year of use.
